Shipping and payments

All credit cards are accepted as payment.

Bank transfer and cash on delivery are accepted with a 20 euro surcharge on the latter.

There are no return policies.

Cash on delivery regulation:

Once the order is confirmed, you have time until the moment of shipment to cancel it.

Once the order has been shipped, it can only be cancelled by paying the shipping costs (outward, storage and return)

By choosing the payment on delivery method, the buyer is bound to collect and pay for the goods; the package cannot be refused for any reason.

The buyer is required to provide a correct and valid shipping address for delivery at the time of purchase.

The buyer is required to indicate his/her name on the bell, if this is not possible, he/she is required to indicate in addition to his/her name the name on the bell (e.g.: francesca rossi c/o giovanni verdi)

In case of absence or malfunction of the bell, it is necessary to notify us so that we can indicate it to the courier

The courier is not required to call by telephone before delivery

The courier does not have specific times for delivery and it is not possible to choose a precise time for delivery, therefore it is necessary to be available at home for delivery, cash on delivery is not recommended if you are not able to stay at home.

The courier makes two delivery attempts, the buyer is required to be available to collect the package within the second attempt, in case of storage due to the absence of the recipient the package will be considered refused.

The courier's movements are tracked by GPS, the courier actually declares what he does. (excuses such as, the courier did not pass etc. are not accepted...)

Our orders are processed within 24/48 working hours, however delays in deliveries or errors by the courier are possible (even if rare), such delays are not justifications for any refusal of the package.

Failure to deliver due to refusal, incorrect address or unavailability of the customer will result in the charging of shipping costs (outward, storage and return) for a minimum amount of 30.00 euros to be paid by the customer.

In case of non-payment of expenses, we will proceed with the forced recovery of the amounts with additional costs and reporting to the authorities for the crime of fraudulent insolvency (Art. 641 of the Criminal Code) punishable by 2 years of imprisonment and a fine of 516 euros.
